Hey guys. Yesterday was my birthday, so forgive me for not posting. I spent the day lounging around, watching TV, and stuffing my face with veggie lettuce wraps at PF Chang’s. It was fantastic. I took off from work on Monday and Tuesday too, but those days were spent running errands, taking blog photos, wrapping presents, etc.

Today, it’s back to the blogging grind. I’m sharing a super delicious apple cider Christmas cocktail. Ok, so technically you could have this drink anytime of year, but it’s super festive.

I can’t take full credit. My friend Amanda made it during a game night a couple months ago. She legit came over with a bag full of ingredients, and I gave her the weirdest look ever. I’m typically not a huge mixed drink fan. I was perfectly content with my glass of moscato, until she told me to take a sip of the concoction she made. Holy hell, you guys. This stuff is so delicious. Ever since, I’ve been meaning to make it over and over again. It’s THAT good. Plus, it’s really easy to throw together.

If you’re heading out to a holiday party, bring the ingredients in a cooler and you’ll be the most-liked person there. I promise. I’m personally bringing the ingredients to my dad’s house on Christmas night so my family can try it. I’m pretty sure it’s going to be my sister’s new favorite drink. Tara, are you reading this? Don’t make this ahead of time. I want to surprise you with its awesomeness. LOL.

Ok, let’s get into the actual recipe.

If you end up making this, be careful because you won’t be able to taste the alcohol. Two drinks per person will be more than enough!
