July Goals

Here are my goals for July.  I plan on recapping around the middle of the month in order to review my goals and my progress.  Seems like a good idea right?

Fitness

  1. Run at least 15 mi. each week.
  2. Go to yoga every Saturday.
  3. Develop a HIIT running workout.
  4. Do an abs workout everyday and include a 4 minute plank!

Personal

  1. Have my nails painted at all times.  This should hopefully help me to not pick or  tear my nails.
  2. Stop eating white bread.
  3. Re-read Food Matters.

Blogging

  1. Develop a schedule for what I’m going to post.
  2. Write each post the night before.
