September goals

September 2, 2011

Good morning everyone!  I’m blogging a bit earlier than usual, because I decided that I didn’t want to go running today.  Instead, I’ll be staying in and using the elliptical machine in a few hours.  Not too shabby.  I woke up not feeling too hot. Oh well, life goes on.  It’s okay though because I didn’t want to do too much today, since I’ll be doing lots of yoga this weekend.

Yesterday was an alright day, actually.  Despite not wanting to get out of bed.  Here’s a recap of my day.

I had some of my favorite hummus for a snack: Sabra’s Luscious Lemon.

I also went to Ruby Tuesday’s for dinner with Bry & his mom.  After dinner we went over to the mall to do a little quick shopping trip.  Gap was having 50% all women’s clothing, so you know I had to just give a quick look.  PLUS, conveniently I had to return a pair of jeans that I ordered online that I didn’t like.  I walked out with a great fall jacket for only $29!

don’t mind the serious face. i was in photo blogging zone.
I also got around to cleaning our bathroom.  It really needed a good clean.

So anyway… it’s finally September.  Well, actually now it is the second day of September, but who’s counting?!  I decided that I will start doing monthly goals for myself on my blog, and then track my progress during and at the end of the month. Because I can be rather scatter-brained sometimes, and I’ve decided to write them all out in my blog.

September goals

  1. Make a to-do list for myself every day, in order to help myself stay on top of things.
  2. Read more about Foodbuzz and BlogHer.
  3. Run at least 6 days a week.
  4. Find new and beautiful places to run.
  5. Possibly switch my blog over to WordPress?! — eh.

What are your September goals?

Allow me to please say that I no longer allow myself to buy Sabra hummus due to the fact that I OD on it on a reoccurring basis.

      Just saying.

      Cute jacket!!

I live by to-do lists. Otherwise I always forget something.

      PS-Blogger ain't so bad… 😉

Chandra- Yea, but a lot of the healthy living blogs are on wordpress, and there's been issues with commenting on wordpress and blogger blogs.

      Hello Kenny! thanks for reading.

WordPress is overrated. i love blogger. it's easier to design and make look cute. i like its simplicity! most all of the fashion blogs are on blogger, i've noticed depends what you are going for though.. wordpress is more.. wordy. 😀

      happy september!!

Thanks Klaudia! Hope you keep reading.
