Spanish Rice with Shrimp and Peppers at simply-nicole.comToday I’m sharing with you a super delicious and fast recipe that I adapted from Better Homes and Gardens. I’m a big shrimp eater so anytime I find a new recipe, I’m excited to try it out! This dish is perfect for week nights because it can be prepped and cooked in 30 minutes. I don’t know about you, but when I get home from a long day at work, the last thing I want to do is spend hours prepping dinner.

I hope you enjoy this recipe! Comment below and let me know if you end up trying it.

Yum! This sounds really good.

This looks so good. I was actually at the grocery store yesterday and thought to myself, “I should really buy shrimp soon and make something out of it” bc my BF and I love shrimp. I’ll have to let you know if I try it!

Perfect! I love cooking with shrimp because there’s endless possibilities!
