Wednesday Round Up

I found a lot of awesome posts this week around the blogosphere, so I’m excited to share my favorite four posts for this week’s Wednesday Round Up.

Hot-Chocolate-station-for-Christmas-by-Fashionable-Hostess

First up, Amanda at Fashionable Hostess shared her christmas dessert bar and DIY popcorn station. We’ll be having a few friends over between now and New Years so I’ll certainly be putting this together. By the way, if you haven’t checked out Amanda’s blog I highly recommend that you do. She provides great tips for entertaining, decorating, cooking and more! She’s a young Martha Stewart!

how to decorate faux mantle

Toni at A Bowl Full of Lemons shared how she decorates her faux mantle. I love the JOY lights and the wreath really pops against the dark paint. Toni always comes up with the most creative and gorgeous home decor projects, and this one definitely did not disappoint.

how-to-dress-for-cold-weather

Amanda at Advice from a 20 Something discussed how to dress for the cold while still looking cute. We have pretty harsh winters here in Pennsylvania and looking cute during this time of year is sometimes an after thought. Amanda shares some simple ways to stay warm and look put together.

Last but certainly not least, Erin at Her Heartland Soul wrote about her monthly Three Cooks One Kitchen event. It’s a monthly cooking installment she and a few other local bloggers do. They pick one of their homes to get together and a food theme for the evening. This month they had a tea party at Joanna‘s house!
