Berry and Spinach Smoothie

Good morning ladies and gents.  Yesterday, Bry and I headed out for a walk/jog around the development.  We mainly walked.  My side was having weird sharp pains.  I’m guessing it had to do with the late lunch I ate an hour before hand.  The walk was nice though.  I chatted about my freelancing projects and the research I did today about taxes, income and expense reports, etc.

Start: 4:10pm
Duration: 27min 06sec
Mileage: 1.61 miles
Berry and Spinach SmoothieServes 1
Ingredients:
1/2 bag of Jamba Juice Smoothies “Razzmatazz”
Handful of spinach
8oz. of apple juice
1 cup ice
  • Mix all ingredients into a blender.
  • ENJOY!

Pretty much the easiest thing ever.  I’ve added extra blueberries the last time I made this, but you can add any other fruit you wish.  I never believed people when they said adding spinach doesn’t make the smoothie taste like grass.  But honestly, I couldn’t taste it at all, and I knew my body needed some extra greens!

Don’t mind the Guinness mug.  I don’t even like Guinness.

Today I have a meeting in the city and a phone meeting later on this afternoon.  Plus lots of freelance articles to catch up on.  It’s going to be a busy day!  Starbucks may or may not make it into my hand today =)

those smoothie mixes from jamba juice are the bomb. I never though of using one and adding my own things like spinach.

  4. Surviving Candy Land: I know! They aren't that expensive either. Adding spinach is great because you can't taste it but you're getting lots of nutrients!

  5. I just did a similar post on spinach in smoothies! I was nervous at first to add it in, but love it now!
